Kyle Bailey, the chef behind several Neighborhood Restaurant Group restaurants including Birch & Barley and ChurchKey, is leaving the company.
He'll take on a new corporate chef position with Long Shot Hospitality. That's a newly-formed bar and restaurant group overseeing The Dubliner, Sixth Engine and Town Hall. The new group is also planning to open another restaurant.
UPDATE: According to a press release from Long Shot Hospitality, Bailey will start the new job in mid-February. He'll develop a whole animal butchery program for the company, develop homemade pastas and breads, and first focus efforts on Sixth Engine.
Bailey worked for NRG for six years.
