Mulebone, the replacement restaurant for Eatonville at 2121 14th St. NW, has released its opening weekend menu (which happens to synch up with Valentine's Day weekend).

Mulebone features a menu from chef Joseph Paire (chef Carla Hall was originally going to be more involved with the project but had to step back). The menu is generally Southern-leaning, and will have drinks from Evan Cablayan.

Expect dishes like bacon-wrapped pork loin, quino and farro risotto, several salads, skilled mac and cheese and toasted coconut cake. The full menu is below (pricing hasn't been revealed yet).
