Peruvian restaurant Nazca Mochica opened in Dupont Circle last month. According to Washington City Paper, owners Robert Preston recruited chef Roberto Castre's Latin Bites restaurant in Houston to help them open. They're currently serving ceviche, steamed buns with pork belly, and a few different types of pisco sours.

The upstairs portion of the restaurant will open later this month with a more traditional dinner format. But the restaurant already has 18 Yelp reviews with an impressive overall rating of five stars. Borderstan commenter Peter also says, "It's awesome! I highly recommend!"
