D.C.'s remaining 'Top Chef' contestants this season will collaborate on a tasting menu January 27.
Marjorie Meek-Bradley will host Kwame Onwuachi of the upcoming The Shaw Bijou for the event. Tiffany MacIsaac of Buttercream Bakeshop will be handling the dessert. The seven-course meal will be priced around $80-$154 depending on whether customers order the beverage pairing.
Dishes range from beet-cured hamachi to potato gnocchi with a lamb shank ragu. The full menu is below.
The pair are two of three D.C.-based chefs to appear on the show this season. Barrel's Garret Fleming was sent home in the first episode.
