Chaplin's chef Myo Htun has graduated to co-owner of the restaurant.
The native of Burma spent more than 20 years making ramen in Tokyo and cooked at Ren's Ramen in Wheaton before coming to Chaplin's. Since then, he's made lunch at the White House and now takes over in an ownership role as well.
During the restaurant's early days of business, Htun worked 200 consecutive days without a break, according to a rep for the restaurant.
