Springfield recently lost a barbecue restaurant. Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill has closed in the redeveloped shopping mall. Sales never met expectations for the chain; Washington Business Journal surmises its half steakhouse, half barbecue menu could have also confused customers. [WBJ]
Michelin mutterings
