Song Long Deli, an option for banh mi sandwiches and other items, is currently closed.
The restaurant and deli, which also served smoothies, bubble tea, and additional products, was housed at 6769 Wilson Blvd. in the popular Vietnamese shopping center. The center's leasing manager Graham Eddy says there are plans for the shop to reopen in the same location eventually, but that "everything is up in the air right now," and there is no timeline at the moment.
Eden Center is expecting to see several new additions over the next month or so, though. The temporarily-shuttered Banh Ta Deli will reopen as Little Viet Garden, while locations of bubble tea chain Kung Fu Tea and hot pot specialists Little Sheep Hot Pot will also debut sometime later this month.
Meanwhile, Eden Center still has several options for banh mi sandwiches. Eater’s recent guide to Banh Mi around town highlighted such standouts as Banh Mi So 1, Huong Binh Bakery, and Nhu Lan Sandwich.
