Beer Here

DC Brau is expanding into the space next door to the local brewery. That means they’ll triple their production capacity next year. They’ll also be able to do more collaborations and experimental brews now that they have more room to work with. [WCP]

Expansions

Sushi burritos for everyone — Buredo has signed yet another lease, this one for Tenleytown. They’ll open at 4235 Wisconsin Ave. NW, and hope to open by next summer. The sushi burrito experts already have two locations downtown. The chain is also on the way to Atlas District, Bethesda, and NoMa.

The shutter

Get those pastries while it’s still possible — Room 11 is shutting down its daytime cafe, Paisley Fig, by year’s end. That’s in anticipation of the bakery’s planned move to the former Heller’s space in Mount Pleasant by next summer. [WCP]

Taking a break

It’s Thanksgiving vacation time for Grillfish — the seafood restaurant is closed from today through Sunday.
