1) CLARENDON: Manassas-based brewery Heritage Brewing hopes to come to Arlington. They’re still in the fundraising stage, though. They’re eyeing a space on Fillmore Street. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

2) OLD TOWN: A second EatsPlace incubator is on track to open at the Torpedo Factory later this winter. [PLYWOOD]

3) SOUTHWEST: There’s a lease for a second location of Blue Bottle Coffee. This one’s coming to The Wharf development. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

4) BETHESDA: Looks like a location of steak frites restaurant Medium Rare will open next door to the upcoming Community in Bethesda (both are from Mark Bucher). [PLYWOOD]

5) PENN QUARTER: 10 Tavern & Grill, from the team behind Phillips Seafood, will open at 707 G St. NW on the second floor. [PLYWOOD]

6) ALEXANDRIA: Duck Donuts just keeps expanding. The next one will open at 3610F King St. in Alexandria. [PLYWOOD]

7) CLARENDON: A ramen restaurant called Hanabi could be opening at 3024 Wilson Blvd. but details are slim. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

8) GEORGETOWN: The upcoming Georgetown restaurant Boulangerie Christophe is now applying for a liquor license. [PLYWOOD]

9) ARLINGTON: District Taco alert! The next one will open somewhere in South Arlington, but there’s no lease yet. [PRE-PLYWOOD]
