CAPITOL HILL—Bar Stanton & Greene is changing up its format. The bar will now reposition itself as a craft cocktail bar with an Americana-type theme. MULTIPLE LOCATIONS—The dates are set for the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington’s Winter Restaurant Week. The promotion will run from Jan. 30-Feb. 5, and this time around they’ll offer $22 brunch menus in addition to the lunch and dinner promotions. [EaterWire]
