Fans mourning the loss of Poste’s winter lounge this year, fear not: replacement bar Dirty Habit will be operating a similar outdoor venue this season.
The lounge will be called Dirty Habit Firescape, and will launch this Thursday. The outdoor patio will be open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, starting at 7 p.m., as long as temperatures are at least 45 degrees. They’ll even offer robes for guests to keep them warm in the fully-enclosed patio. There’s an outdoor firepit and plenty of seating in the large space.
The lounge will offer three special warm cocktails not found on the bar’s regular menu, priced at $11-13. Cocktails include the Chai Me Up! (made with amaro, cognac, and Chai syrup), the chocolate-based Coco des Alpes, and the Train to Kyoto (featuring green tea and Furikake cotton candy, among other ingredients).
Dirty Habit, featuring bar concoctions from mixologist Sarah Ruiz, opened at the beginning of October in Penn Quarter’s Hotel Monaco.
