The space at 3813 Georgia Avenue, NW, is decorated with Victorian influences: the inspiration is a “19th century opium den,” according to a press release, and tea houses are an influence, too. Look inside and see Chinese paintings, . The restaurant is 3,200 square feet in size and stretches over two levels; it will eventually house a back patio. Find ornate furniture, tiled flooring, decorative screens, exposed brick, ornate chandeliers, and intricate ceiling details there.
