Don't catch that rockfish

D.C. government officials put out an advisory that rockfish caught in D.C. is unsafe. This applies to recreational fishermen; Virginia and Maryland commercial fisheries are still claiming their products are safe to eat, but there are concerns about potentional migration from the contaminated fish.
