Carluccio's, Roy Rogers Now Open

2) ROCKVILLE/NORTH BETHESDA: Italian cafe and market Carliccio's is in soft opening mode for now, and will remain that way over the next several weeks. Update: A spokeswoman for the brand says hours and menu will be limited until a grand opening happens in March. When fully open, the location will kick things off at 7 a.m for breakfast and switch over to a full menu later in the day.
