Nelson Erazo is the new executive chef at Jardenea restaurant.
The chef takes over the restaurant in the Melrose Hotel in Georgetown. He will also be in charge of the hotel's catering and related operations. He replaced previous chef Nate Lindsay.
Erazo's resume includes time at the Silversmith Hotel in Chicago, Azurea in Atlantic Beach, Florida and the Acqualina Resort and Spa, also in Florida. The restaurant will continue to focus on farm-to-table cuisine.
