LAWSUITS— Chef José Andrés' legal team asked for summary judgment today in his legal battle with Donald Trump over his withdrawal from the Trump Hotel project. The chef argued that Trump's statements regarding Mexican immigrants made him a "pariah" in the Hispanic community, which would affect his ability to hire workers and lure customers. [RS]
