Fidencio Rubio will now run the beverage program over at Osteria Morini.
Rubio's job will be to oversee the restaurant's 100+ label wine list, as well as its seasonal cocktail program. His resume includes jobs with Passion Food Hospitality, Fiola and Casa Luca. He replaces Kristi Green, who is now a manager at Kapnos Taverna.
Look for drinks from Rubio this month that salute the cherry blossoms and Italian liqueurs.
