Kolaches Move to Union Market; The DB Burger Arrives in D.C.

THE CRITICS— All 100 rankings on the Washingtonian's Very Best Restaurants list are now online. Fiola Mare led the list when the top 20 were revealed last month. [EaterWire]

NOMA— Republic Kolache is headed to Union Market. The kolache company, which has been making a splash at American Ice Co. with its pop-up, will move operations to Union Market on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., starting this weekend. They eventually hope to add Fridays, too. The arrangement lasts through early March for now. [EaterWire]

PENN QUARTER— The DB Burger, one of the early entrants into New York's gourmet burger craze back in 2001, heads to D.C. starting tonight. Find the burger on Monday nights only while supplies last. [IG]
