Restaurants from Mike Isabella, Bryan Voltaggio and others will open at Baltimore-Washington International Airport this spring and fall.
A Family Meal location (the first in an airport) from Voltaggio is bound for Concourse A. This is the chef's diner-style concept. Meanwhile, Kapnos Marketa will open at Concourse B (Isabella already has a Kapnos offshoot at Reagan National), with a particular emphasis on gyros. Concourse D will get a wine bar created by the airport's food service operator, HMSHost. It's called Brix & Vine; Maryland wineries will have a presence there (and there will be light food as well).
Eater's most recent airport dining guide for BWI is here.
