1) GEORGETOWN: Bar à Vin opens today next to Chez Billy Sud. The wine bar comes from the same team behind the restaurant. Sommelier Andrew Wooldridge tells Eater the list will focus on the classic wine regions of France and Europe. There will also be a limited beer selection, a fully stocked bar, and a menu of eight to ten cocktails using European ingredients.
