The lineup of chefs competing in this year's Cochon 555 annual competition has been released. Expect to see pig dishes from Jonah Kim (Yona), Marjorie Meek-Bradley (Ripple), Jennifer Carroll (Requin), Anthony Lombardo (The Hamilton) and Louis Goral (Rural Society) on April 17.

More Cava

Details are scarce, but one thing is clear: Cava Grill is expanding to New York. The Mediterranean fast-casual chain hasn't revealed the exact location of its Manhattan outpost, but says it will be in Union Square and open by end of summer.
