Silver Spring Gets a ShopHouse Today — And Spring Rolls

It's opening day for ShopHouse in Silver Spring. The restaurant opens at 935 Ellsworth Drive.

This is the 14th location for the Chipotle-owned Southeast Asian fast-casual chain, which got its start in D.C.

With today's opening comes a new menu item for the company: spring rolls. The pork  and chicken rolls are wrapped in rice paper with green papaya and herb salad, and served with chili-peanut dip.
