BAB Korean Fusion Opens Its H Street Doors

Build-your-own bowls, Korean snacks within.

BAB Korean Fusion/Facebook

BAB, a Korean fusion restaurant, has opened its doors at 1387 H Street NE, reports POPville. The main attraction is a build-your-own bowl: choose a protein, pick from a few different vegetable combinations and pick the rice (or quinoa.) There are also dumplings on offer, as well as kimchi fried rice and an egg topped with cilantro. Korean snacks and beverages — a selection of Korean chips that will rotate seasonally, and Korean drinks — are also available. See the full menu at Bab's website.
