The brains behind DC stalwart Penn Social and Crystal City's Highline RXR are bringing a new concept to the Georgetown Park Canal Level: Church. Church will be both an approachable eatery and taproom with casual food, cocktails and beer, and a space for locals to hang out, drink Vigilante coffee and hold meetings.
Design will be chill and cozy — expect multiple fireplaces and an industrial vibe. Church will be housed in the former Georgetown Mall food court. Expected open date is Summer 2016.
