Winter is one of the slower seasons when it comes to restaurant openings. But colder weather and lighter crowds aside, nearly 60 restaurants managed to debut around town this past winter.

Here's an alphabetical list of those restaurants that debuted in D.C. during the winter season (December 22-March 19). The most newsworthy openings have been bolded; minor chain openings have not been included. Plus, find a story stream of all of this year's restaurant openings right here.
