Lobster is practically synonymous with the warm weather months. But some area restaurants are giving diners reasons to indulge even while there's snow on the ground. Here are three affordable places to live it up with lobster this month.

The Fish Market

The deal: This Old Town Alexandria restaurant focuses on Chesapeake seafood everyday except Wednesday. Starting at 5 p.m. that day, The Fish Market offers one pound Maine lobsters with coleslaw and fries for $19.99 in addition to their regular menu. As an added bonus, there's usually live music that night, too.

Mad Hatter

The deal: This Dupont pub truly turns into a lobster wonderland on Monday nights. Whole lobsters are served with potato salad and corn on the cob for just $15 on the dinner menu, available from 5 p.m. until closing. There are also half price bottles of wine available.

Tony and Joe's Seafood PLACE

The deal: The best place to soak in the Georgetown waterfront (shielded from the wind, of course) on Mondays may be this bar, when a whole lobster and beer costs $20 all day long.
