The new happy hour at China Chilcano is officially "Pisco Hour." From 4-6 p.m. on weekdays, the bar area of the Jose Andres restaurant has a menu of specially priced food and drink items, including $5 cocktails and $3-$10 bites.

Speaking of new happy hours...
