POPville reports that Duality Espresso & Whisk(e)y Bar has opened in Bin 1301 Wine Bar, today, for service from 6am to 3pm.
Meanwhile, ArlNow speculates that a new coffee shop is coming to Clarendon — replacing the now-defunct CD Cellar location at 2607 Wilson Blvd. The shop isn't named on the building permit application, but the website did a bit of digging and found that the permit holder recently registered a domain name with "cafe" in the title.
