Soup Up is Closing in Bethesda

Soup Up is closing its first brick-and-mortar location on April 30. Located on the the first floor of Bethesda's PeriPoint building, the soup bar opened only last October in the former Bang & Olufsen space.

A statement from Facebook reads, "It was an exciting opportunity to open our first brick and mortar location, and we have loved being a part of the Bethesda community."

Donna Henry launched the organic soup business in Union Market in 2013. The business plans to continue serving soups there.
