2) PENN QUARTER: Frozen yogurt is returning to the former TangySweet space at 501 7th St. NW. Owner Aaron Gorden is carving out a space within his Bakers & Baristas cafe to make room for a takeout yogurt window, and calling it The Pint Sized Pop-Up. [POST-PLYWOOD]
