Bombay Club is devoting various dinners in May to specific regions in India. They'll do a three course menu during Sunday brunch, and will highlight the regions of Goan May 1, Mughlai on May 8, Hyperabad on May 15, Dehli Punjab on May 22, and Rajsthan Gujrat on May 29.
