CAPITOL HILL— Garrison has unveiled a new menu with specially priced food and drink items for the spring. It's only available on the patio and at the bar between 5 and 7 p.m on Tuesday through Friday. U STREET— Masa 14's new chef's table will debut on Friday, May 6. Located right in front of the kitchen, it will accommodate up to 12 guests who will sample between 9 and 12 "off menu" dishes.
