The roof of El Centro D.F. caught fire today around 11am, reports Borderstan. How was it discovered? A bystander spotted the smoke and walked into the restaurant to report the news. Thankfully no customers were inside at the time of the fire, though about a dozen employees were evacuated from the restaurant.
Yesterday two Adams Morgan restaurants caught fire, too: Mintwood Place and Perrys, reports POPville. Perrys will reopen tonight, Mintwood Place hopes to do so tomorrow.
