Pineapple and Pearls Began Dinner Service Last Night

It's $250 per person for the tasting menu experience from the Rose's Luxury team

Aaron Silverman's Pineapple and Pearls kicked off its dinner service last night.

The ticketed, $250-per-person menu features seven to ten courses (plus drink pairings; gratuity is included). Jeff Faile (most recently of Neighborhood Restaurant Group) is handling the beverages.

Opening night attendees posted photos of dishes like snow pea and spring garlic egg drop soup, and caviar with avocado and lime crema on social media.

Pineapple and Pearls, from the team behind Rose's Luxury, operates as a coffee shop and sandwich cafe during the day (that portion of the restaurant opened in mid-February). Status: Certified open. 715 8th St. SEwebsite.
