Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro in The Westin Reston Heights has made two major hires.
New executive chef Richard Falbo has over 20 years of cooking experience, including stints at Lambert's and Perla's (two restaurants from well-known restaurateur Larry Maguire) in Austin, TX. Locally, he's worked at PassionFish in Bethesda.
Landon Barnes is the new sous chef. Before coming to Vinifera, he worked at local restaurants like Archies, Rustico, and also PassionFish.
