Caboose Brewing Company is expanding into Mosaic District. A representative confirmed to Eater than the Vienna-based brewery has taken a lease on a warehouse building near Mom's Organic Market and B-Side.
They plan to house their production facility there, scale up their distribution operation, and add a canning line. The Mosaic space will also include an indoor tap room and large outdoor beer garden.
In the meantime, Caboose has added brunch to their menu of weekend offerings at the Vienna brewery. There are dishes like pork belly doughnut holes and bourbon French toast made with ingredients from farms based in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Check out the options:
