The Riggsby is making an effort to cater to guests who need something to eat outside of traditional dinner hours.

The restaurant is launching a new "Nightcap" menu at the bar. They'll serve a variety of appetizers, from stuffed mushrooms to homemade potato chips, as well as a limited number of entrees. They'll offer it Sunday-Thursday from 10:30-11:30 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday nights until 12:30 a.m.
