PENN QUARTER— D.C. gets more tiki drinks when Barmini's "Tiki Season" promotion begins today. They've added six new tiki drinks to the menu in addition to eight returning favorites. The cocktails are priced between $16 and $18 and the promotion runs until June 11. [EaterWire]
