GLOVER PARK Michael Schlow (owner of Tico, The Riggsby, and Alta Strada) plans to open a second Italian restaurant in D.C. this July, according to the Washington Post. Casolare will be part of the new Glover Park Hotel. The menu will highlight the southern coastal areas of Italy, with an emphasis on fish. [WaPo]
