Despite their unique challenges, D.C. chefs continue to go all-in on tasting menus. Two of the most recent restaurants to run with this ambitious concept are Masseria, NoMa's Italian hotspot from chef Nick Stefanelli, and Métier from venerated CityZen veteran Eric Ziebold.
