1) IVY CITY: The only information here, really, is signage, but PoPville spots signs for "Pidzza" and "Sip & Dry Bar" coming to the Hecht Warehouse project. [PLYWOOD]

2) METRO CENTER: Proper 21, a sports bar from some New York-based operators, is headed to the former Noelia space at 1319 F St. NW. [PLYWOOD]

3) DOWNTOWN: A new seafood restaurant from the Quarterdeck team called District Anchor is bound for 1900 M St. NW. That's the same space as Rumors, but Borderstan reports the nightlife destination will live on during the evenings. [PLYWOOD]

4) DUPONT CIRCLE: Emissary, a European cafe, is bound to open at 2032 P St. NW, below Dupont Yoga, this summer. [PLYWOOD]
