Salad might not be the first thing an average diner associates with Eater Barbecue Week, but The BBQ Joint is ready to convince them otherwise.

For its Eater Barbecue Week special, the 14th Street hot spot is offering a glazed pork belly salad. The dish features smoked pork belly glazed with the restaurant's sweet barbecue sauce, as well as grilled summer vegetables, greens, and an avocado buttermilk dressing.

Find it this week, priced at $16 for an entree portion.
