It's been just over a year since Smokehouse Live opened its doors. The ambitious barbecue restaurant has become a major destination for both barbecue and live music for Loudoun County. Here, Eater collects some statistics about the past year of operation for a special Barbecue Week edition of By the Numbers.

78: Cords of wood burned at the location (each cord weighs between 4,700 and 6,075 pounds)

84: Number of signatures on the wall from bands that have performed in their "Live" room (including such bands as Hello Strangers, Human Country Jukebox, Delta Spur and many more)

104: Bushels of pickles made (adding up to about 5,000 pounds of pickles)

400: Number of $1 bills stuck to the wall of the restaurant by customers

2,080: Gallons of their "SmokeHouse" sauce produced (as well as gallons of sweet tea served)

3,900: Feet of sausage links made by the restaurant

15,600: Pounds of mac and cheese served

31,200: Free chocolate chip cookies served

36,432: Pounds of brisket that have come out of the smokers

39,520: Bones of spare ribs sold
