1) IVY CITY: PoPville reports pizzeria Pidzza and full service bar and blow dry salon Sip & Dry are coming to the Hecht Warehouse at 1401 New York Ave. NE. [PLYWOOD]

2) GEORGETOWN: PoPville also reports signage is now up for South Block Juice Co., Grace Street Coffee, and the second location of Sundevich at 3210 Grace St. NW.

3) TRUXTON CIRCLE It won't be long until DCity Smokehouse moves into their new location, according to Instagram. A rep says "late summer" is the target for the new location. [PLYWOOD]
