The battle continues

Lawyers representing Donald Trump and José Andrés appeared in court yesterday.Andrés is seeking a summary judgment over the legal battle between the pair over Andrés' decision to pull out of The Trump Hotel project following inflammatory statements by Trump about immigrants. The judge will take about two weeks to decide that portion of the case.

Trump is expected to appear in D.C. for a deposition for a similar case between the mogul and chef Geoffrey Zakarian. Catch up on all Eater's coverage of the controversy here. [WaPo]
