It's the one-year anniversary for Crumbs & Whiskers, D.C.'s first cat cafe. The Georgetown haunt opened last year to rabid excitement from feline fans. To mark the milestone, Eater reached out to owner Kanchan Singh to get some statistics about the cafe's first year of operation:

New location on the way (California)

Number of staffers who adopted a cat after swearing off the idea when originally hired

Number of marriage proposals at the cafe

 Disney movie nights celebrated

Number of times the cats broke something "really expensive"

 Kitten parties hosted

Total requests received to open in other cities

Times the cats managed to shut down all systems to delay operations
