It’s opening day for Fare Well, the new vegan diner and bakery in the Atlas District.
Sticky Fingers’ sister restaurant is serving up such dishes as polenta biscuit sliders, chilaques verde, seitan and waffles, and a Greek omelet for breakfast, which is available all day. Lunch and dinner items range from an eggplant parm melt to a fettucini mushroom scampi. The full menu can be found here; there are even kid-friendly items like pierogi and pancakes. Baked goods are a particular focus as well, particularly breads. Boozy milkshakes, draft wine and beers, and classic cocktails all round out the offerings.
