Inside Timber Pizza Company, a Pop-Up Turned Permanent

They'll open sometime next week

Missy Frederick is the Cities Director for Eater.

Pizza's even pictured on the bathroom walls inside Timber Pizza Company, the popular pop-up what will soon make its permanent home in Petworth.

Inside the space, there's a big copper oven, Edison light bulbs hanging from the ceiling, exposed wood rafters and wooden furniture, and accents of orange. Graphic designs pop on the walls (and in that restroom).

Timber will open sometime next week (opening date is still being determined) at 809 Upshur St. NW. Expect an expanded menu from the pop-up events, as well as a bar program designed by Carlie Steiner of Stir Bartending Company.
