MGM has lined up its full culinary team for the MGM National Harbor casino opening at the end of the year.
In addition to previously-announced chef Jason Johnston, the team includes Vice President of Food and Beverage Alison Bybee, Director of Beverage Ricardo Murcia, Executive Pastry Chef Sylvain Bortolini, Director of Restaurants Valentin Mihail and Director of Food and Beverage Stephane Hainaut.
The plans for the casino's food offerings have been gradually rolling out throughout the year. There will be several celebrity chef-driven restaurants (including offerings from Bryan Voltaggio, Marcus Samuelsson and more), and a food hall with several different concepts, both original and replicated from elsewhere.
