Matt Adler OUT at Osteria Morini; Mission BBQ to Chantilly

NAVY YARD— Chef Matt Adler is leaving Osteria Morini (his immediate plans after are to travel). Executive sous chef Ben Pflaumer is replacing him. [WCP]

CHANTILLY— Chain Mission BBQ has signed its first lease in Northern Virginia. Washington Business Journal reports they’re headed to Chantilly. [WBJ]

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS— Several restaurants are participating in a series of "Wild Kitchen" dinners, a group of pop-up dinner parties around town. Look for them at restaurants like Maketto and Birch & Barley; more info here. [BYT]
